Worksheets can be a helpful way of getting feelings and thoughts down on paper and a way for you to reflect back on how you might have felt a few months ago about something versus your feelings now. We have a worksheet on questions you may wonder about as you think about getting better, and a Food Journal you can use to track how you have been eating and what sorts of feelings and thoughts go along with the process.
